1. Agreement to these terms

These terms form a legal agreement between you and BZHair Beauty LLC. You accept them when you use the website, when you send a message through the contact form, when you book an appointment by telephone or email, and when you arrive for a service at the studio.

If you book on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that person. If you are arranging a service for a guest under eighteen, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of that guest and that you accept these terms on the guest behalf.

These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled. Where the two documents address the same subject, the Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information and these terms govern the service itself.

2. The company and the studio

BZHair Beauty LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States. The studio is located at 7615 W Jefferson Rd, Magna - 84044-3307, United States (US). The company provides colour, cutting, treatment and styling services for hair.

The website is the public face of the studio. It describes the six services, publishes the contact details and offers a form that prepares a message in the visitor own mail application. The website does not itself reserve a chair, take a deposit or confirm an appointment. An appointment exists only after the studio has replied and confirmed a date and time.

The studio operates from a single wash bay and a single colour shelf. Nothing on the website should be read as a promise of a second location, a franchise or a mobile service, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

3. Eligibility and bookings

You must be at least eighteen to book a service in your own name. A guest under eighteen may be booked by a parent or guardian, who must remain responsible for the booking and for payment.

A booking request should include the service you want, the date and time you prefer, a contact telephone number and anything the studio should know before the visit, such as a recent colour history or an allergy. The studio will reply with availability and may suggest a different service or a longer time slot.

All bookings are subject to availability and to the professional judgement of the stylist. If the studio believes that a requested service cannot be delivered safely in the time available, it may decline the booking or propose a different plan.

4. Use of the website

You may browse the website, print pages for your own reference and send a message through the contact form. You may not copy large parts of the website for republication, use automated tools to harvest contact details, attempt to interfere with the hosting service or use the site in a way that breaks the law.

The website is provided for information. It is not a medical service, it does not diagnose a scalp condition and it does not replace a consultation in person. Any general guidance on the pages is offered in good faith and should be checked with a qualified professional where health is concerned.

You are responsible for keeping your own device and email account secure. If you believe that a message sent to the studio from your account was not authorised by you, tell the studio immediately so that the request can be set aside.

5. Service descriptions

The studio offers six services. Precision Cuts covers dry and wet cutting, sectioning and perimeter work. Color and Foil Work covers single process colour, foil placement, gloss and toner. Deep Treatments covers bond work, moisture masks and protein rebuilders. Blowout and Styling covers drying, iron work and simple updos. Scalp Care Rituals covers scalp reading, tonic and clay preparation and a slow rinse. Bridal and Event Hair covers trials, rehearsal notes and event day styling.

The website describes each service in general terms. The exact steps, products and timing are agreed during the consultation at the shelf and are recorded on the guest note card. A description on the website is not a guarantee that a particular product will be used, because products are chosen for the condition of the hair on the day.

A service may change during the visit if the hair responds differently than expected. The stylist will explain the change, the reason for it and any effect on the price or the time before continuing.

6. Consultations and patch tests

A consultation is required before any first colour visit and before any lightening service. The consultation is free, it takes about twenty minutes and it may be booked on its own or added to the start of a service.

A patch test is required at least forty eight hours before a first lightening service, and may be required again after a long gap between visits. The test is applied at the studio or, where the studio agrees, by a clinic the guest visits. A guest who declines a patch test cannot be booked for a lightening service.

The studio may ask for a test strand when a colour correction is requested. A test strand is a small section treated in advance so that the likely result can be seen before a full application. A fee may apply to a test strand, and it will be quoted before the work begins.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted at the consultation and confirmed before the service begins. A quote is based on the length, density and condition of the hair, the products required and the time the service will take. Prices are stated in United States dollars and may change for future visits.

Payment is due at the end of the service. The studio accepts the payment methods shown at the desk, which currently include major cards and cash. A receipt is issued for every payment, and a copy can be sent by email on request.

If a service needs more product or more time than the original quote, the stylist will pause and explain the additional cost before continuing. No additional charge is added without your agreement. A deposit may be requested for a bridal booking or for a long colour correction, and the deposit is applied to the final bill.

Prices for product sold for home use are separate from the price of the service. Product sales are final once the seal is broken, except where the product is faulty.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least twenty four hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. The basin is single booked, so a late cancellation means that another guest who was waiting cannot take the place.

A cancellation made with more than twenty four hours notice is free, and any deposit is returned or applied to a new date. A cancellation made with less than twenty four hours notice may result in a charge of up to fifty percent of the reserved service, and a deposit may be retained.

Bridal bookings and event bookings follow the same rule, with a longer notice period of seven days for the final date because the schedule for those days is built around a single guest. The notice period is stated in the booking confirmation.

If the studio must cancel a booking for a reason within its control, you will be offered the next available equivalent time and any deposit will be returned in full.

9. Late arrival and no shows

If you arrive late, the studio will do what it can to complete the service, but the end time may stay the same so that the next guest is not delayed. A guest who arrives more than fifteen minutes late for a colour service may be asked to reschedule.

A no show is an appointment that is not attended and not cancelled. A first no show is recorded on the guest card. A second no show may require a deposit before a future booking is accepted, and a third may lead to a refusal of further bookings.

The studio understands that traffic and family emergencies happen. If you are running late, call +16802679586 as soon as you can and the studio will tell you honestly whether the appointment can still go ahead.

10. Results and expectations

Hair is a natural material and no two heads respond in exactly the same way. The studio will describe a realistic outcome at the consultation, including the number of visits likely to be needed, but it cannot promise a precise shade, a precise level of lift or a precise duration of a style.

Photographs, shade names and descriptions on the website are illustrative. A result depends on the starting colour, the history of previous colour, the porosity of the hair, the water at home and the products used between visits. The studio will not copy a photograph exactly when the hair cannot support that result without damage.

If you are not satisfied with a service, tell the studio within seven days. The studio will review the service, and where the concern is about the work itself it will offer a correction at no charge within fourteen days of the original visit. A change of mind about the chosen style is not a fault in the service, and a correction in that case may be charged.

11. Health, allergies and safety

Please tell the studio about any allergy, skin condition, pregnancy, recent chemical treatment, medication or medical condition that could affect a service. This information helps the studio choose safe products and avoid a reaction. A guest who withholds relevant information does so at their own risk.

The studio does not provide medical advice and does not treat a scalp disorder. If a condition is visible at the basin, the stylist will describe what is seen and recommend a visit to a doctor or dermatologist. The service may be adjusted or postponed until a clinician has been consulted.

A guest who experiences stinging, burning or unusual discomfort during a service must tell the stylist immediately. The product will be removed without delay and the area will be rinsed with cool water. The studio keeps a first aid kit at the shelf and will call emergency services if a reaction is severe.

12. Conduct in the studio

The studio is a quiet working room. Please keep telephone calls short, keep music on headphones and supervise any child who accompanies you. Food is not permitted at the basin, and drinks should stay on the shelf ledge away from the bowls.

Abusive language, threats, harassment or discrimination toward staff or other guests will end the appointment. In that case the service stops, the amount already worked is charged and future bookings may be refused.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio or at the bay door. The studio is a professional space and the rules are there so that every guest can relax at the basin.

13. Property and personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you. The studio provides a small shelf for bags but cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal property. Items left behind are kept for thirty days and then donated or disposed of.

Studio equipment, towels, bowls and tools remain the property of BZHair Beauty LLC. A guest may not remove equipment from the studio, and any loss caused by deliberate removal may be charged.

If you believe you have left something behind, call +16802679586 during studio hours and the studio will check the shelf and the bay.

14. Photography and images

The studio may photograph a finished service for its own records, to check the shape from four angles and to compare with a future visit. These record photographs are not published without a separate written permission from the guest.

If you agree to a photograph being used on the website or on a social page, you may withdraw that permission at any time by writing to projects@bzhairbeauty.autos. The studio will remove the image from pages it controls within a reasonable time. The studio cannot control a copy that another person has already saved.

Please do not film staff or other guests without permission. A short personal video of your own finished style is fine when no other guest appears in the frame.

15. Website content and ownership

The text, layout, illustrations, colours and code of this website belong to BZHair Beauty LLC or are used with permission. The name BZHair Beauty LLC and the studio marks may not be used in a way that suggests an endorsement or a partnership without written permission.

You may quote a short passage with a clear reference to this website. You may not republish whole pages, copy the visual design into another site or use the content for commercial training of an automated system without written permission.

The wash bay illustrations on this site are drawn in code and are part of the design. They are not photographs of the studio and should not be treated as an exact representation of the room.

16. Third party links and tools

The website may link to a map service, a payment page or another website that provides a useful tool. Those services are controlled by other organisations under their own terms. The studio is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The contact form prepares a message in your own mail application. The delivery of that message depends on your mail provider and on the network between you and the studio. The studio cannot guarantee delivery of a message that never leaves your device.

If a link does not work or a tool behaves unexpectedly, tell the studio and it will investigate. A link is provided for convenience and is not a promise that the destination will always be available.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BZHair Beauty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a service, including loss of income, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation. This limitation does not apply to loss that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The total liability of the company for a claim connected with a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. For a claim connected with the website, the total liability is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

The website is provided on an as available basis. The studio works to keep it online and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted access and may suspend the site for maintenance without notice.

18. Responsibility for claims

You agree to cover the reasonable costs of a claim brought against the company because you provided false information at booking, withheld relevant health information, removed studio property, or used the website in a way that breaks these terms or the law.

This responsibility does not apply where the cost arises from the negligence of the company or its staff. The studio will tell you promptly about any claim and will allow you to take part in the response.

19. Resolving a dispute

If something goes wrong, please tell the studio first. Most concerns can be resolved in a short conversation at the shelf or by telephone. Write to projects@bzhairbeauty.autos with a description of the concern and the date of the visit, and the studio will respond within five business days.

If a concern cannot be resolved directly, the parties will try in good faith to settle it through a neutral mediator before starting a formal proceeding. The cost of the mediator is shared unless the mediator decides otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief from a court where that is necessary to protect a legal right.

20. Refusal and termination of service

The studio may decline a service or end a booking when the service cannot be provided safely, when a guest has repeatedly missed appointments, when a guest behaves abusively, or when the studio reasonably believes that continuing would break the law or endanger staff.

If a service is ended for one of these reasons, the amount already worked is charged and any unused deposit is returned. If the refusal is based on a medical concern, the studio will explain the concern and suggest a qualified professional who can advise further.

The studio may also close temporarily for a holiday, for maintenance of the basin or for the annual restocking week. Any affected booking will be moved or refunded.

21. Privacy and data

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available from every page of this website. In short, the studio collects only what is needed for the service, keeps it for a defined period and does not sell it.

The Privacy Policy also explains how to ask for a copy of a record, how to correct it and how to ask for deletion. A request about personal information is separate from a complaint about a service and is handled by the studio directly.

If you send a message through the contact form, the message is prepared in your own mail application. Please review the recipient address and the content before you send it, because the studio cannot change a message after it has left your device.

22. Changes to these terms

The studio may update these terms to reflect a change in the law, in a service or in the way the website works. The effective date at the top of the page is updated whenever a material change is made, and a notice appears on the homepage for at least thirty days.

A change applies to a booking made after the new effective date. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms that were in force when it was made, unless the change is required by law, in which case it applies to all bookings.

If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website and tell the studio before your next booking.

23. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. A dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion or mediation may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Utah.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is limited to the smallest extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in force. A failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a waiver of that term.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation, form the whole agreement between you and the company about the website and the studio services.

24. Contact details

Questions about these terms can be sent to the studio at the address below or asked during studio hours. Please include the word Terms in the subject line so that the message is routed correctly.

Thank you for reading these terms and for choosing the wash bay at BZHair Beauty LLC. The studio looks forward to seeing you at the shelf.
